Step One:
We review the needs and desires of our customers and their vision of the proposed project. We discuss the material selection, time frame and cost. There is no charge for this service.

Step Two:
If the customer chooses to continue with the project, we then provide a detailed drawing, a firm price, and a time frame. We do charge for this service.

Step Three:
If the customer places an order we ask for 50% down payment, the
project is then locked into our schedule.

Step Four:
When the piece is nearly completed the customer will be notified to
arrange a delivery date. Crating and shipping is not a problem since we handle all the details from our shop.

Step Five:
We require the rest of the payment plus shipping and handling fees
before sending the piece.
